Military Family Housing Maintenance
Since June of 1991, Madison has been a significant factor and competitor in the military family housing maintenance market. Madison, in its capacity as a prime contractor or a subcontractor has maintained over 40,000 military family homes for the Department of Defense.
The scope of Madison’s housing contracts includes housing inspection, routine, urgent, and emergency maintenance, change of occupancy maintenance, appliance repair, grounds maintenance, roofing, utility maintenance, and operation of Self Help facilities. Madison personnel perform every aspect of maintenance for its housing clients, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Madison’s affiliate, Service Technicians LLC has performed similar services as a subcontractor to owners of privatized military family houses.
