Grounds Maintenance
Madison performs the full spectrum of grounds maintenance and landscaping services at government and customer-owned facilities throughout the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. From routine mowing, edging and trimming to fertilizing, applying herbicides, and debris removal, Madison workers perform the landscaping tasks necessary to achieve a pleasant, safe, and functional outdoor environment.
Madison’s current and past grounds maintenance clients include Agencies within the Department of Defense, NASA, government contractors, and private sector companies. The areas currently maintained include over 35,000 acres of facilities used as recreational areas, industrial and manufacturing sites, and military bases.
In addition to operating and maintaining government and customer-owned equipment, Madison owns and operates the tractors, mowing equipment, trimmers, edgers and snow removal equipment necessary to maintain grounds surrounding homes and customer-owned facilities.
