Food Service
Madison operated two institutional cafeterias, a satellite cafeteria, two food trucks, and catered office and public functions at Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, Mississippi. Madison employees planned meals, ordered food and supplies, prepared and served food, and cleaned the cafeteria facilities. Approximately 1,500 meals were served daily at Stennis. Additionally, off-site catering services were offered to employees and tenant organizations throughout the NASA facility.
