Madison Services is uniquely qualified to perform every aspect of housing repair and renovation, based on its twenty-seven year history of executing similar work for the US Department of Defense in over 40,000 single family homes located throughout the United States. Madison's experience includes foundation repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance installation, drywall repair, roof repair, as well as maintenance and replacement of mechanical heating and cooling systems.
Madison's experience also includes renovations to existing homes, building additions, and upgrading houses to meed local building codes and comply with ADA requirements.
The Mississippi Development Authority recently awarded Madison one of five contracts for post disaster residential home repair and construction services for housing damaged during Hurricane Katrina. Funding for this program is provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant funds appropriated for Hurricane Katrina recovery.
