Construction
Madison successfully performed a six-state Job Order Contract for the Army National Guard at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The contract required Madison to maintain a contract office at Fort McCoy to plan, estimate, and administer a wide variety of construction and renovation projects throughout the states of Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota. Projects ranged from small facility repair contracts to large remodeling, re-roofing, and renovation. The aggregate value of the four-year period exceeded $12 million with individual project values ranging from $10,000 to $500,000.
In March of 2010, Madison was awarded a subcontract from PAE Government Services, for the complete renovation and restoration of a 70,000 sq/ft facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Using US ex-patriot managers and third-country national laborers, Madison replaced all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within the building. The completed facility was recommissioned in May 2011, 43 days ahead of schedule.
